Autonomous solar tracker, designed in Chile

A new generation of solar trackers, with independent tracking for each row.

In conceptual engineering

At SUN & WIND we are developing a new generation of autonomous solar trackers, designed in Chile to meet the challenges of modern photovoltaic projects.

Our design uses independent tracking for each row, removing the reliance on a centralised mechanical drive, and adds smart control, autonomous power and a modular structural design.

Our goal is to develop a competitive, efficient solution that adapts to the needs of the Chilean and international markets.

Two ways to move a solar field

Centralised drive

A single drive moves several rows through a mechanical transmission.

Independent row tracking

Each row has its own control and its own power supply, and moves on its own.

  • Row-by-row tracking

Each row orients its modules independently, without relying on a centralised mechanical drive.

  • Smart control

Tracking control built into every row.

  • Autonomous power

Each row has its own power supply to operate.

  • Modular structure

A modular structure, designed to adapt to different projects and scales.

Chile shouldn't only build large solar parks. It should also be able to develop its own technology.
